Meet the Team

Party Vibes Rental is a family-run business providing bounce house rentals for birthday parties, family events, school festivals and more. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service and the safest and cleanest inflatable rentals.

Our team is composed of, Bri & Nick, and Ernie, who was their officiant at their wedding and a close friend of Nick since elementary school.

We all enjoy entertaining and love bring the “Party Vibes” to every event. We plan to bring those good vibes when you rent one of our bounce houses.

We are passionate about delivering a great experience and are excited to work with you to make your event special and unique

  • How long is the rental period?
    Each rental item has their own rental duration listed when booking. For example, Bounce house rentals are for a maximum of 8 hours including 30 minute for set up and 30 minutes for take down. For additional hours, reach out to us at PartyVibesRentals@gmail.com for the pricing. You will then work with our team to plan a set up and pick up time. *Please note that bookings made under 72hrs in advance are not guaranteed the full number of hours listed on our site.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We are servicing most of the East Bay along the 680/580 corridor. Please note that an additional fee may be added for travel. Email us for more information.
  • Can all bounce houses be used with water?
    No, we will indicate which bounce houses can use water. We ask you do not allow children in the bounce houses when they are wet, if the bouncer isn’t meant for water activities.
  • Should I tip?
    Tips are not required, but definitely appreciated!
  • Do you make customize backdrops?
    We do! We are now offering custom wooden arches. At this time, you may choose the 2 colors you would like and the size. You may choose to purchase or rent. Please Note that the fee may vary depending on your customizations and availability is limited. Email us at PartyVibesRentals@gmail.com for more information.
  • Can you accommodate last minute bookings?
    We will do our best to accommodate, however rentals booked less than 72 hours prior the rental date, may need a final confirmation- even if you are able to book it on the site. Please email us at PartyVibesRentals@gmail.com if the rental takes place less than 72 hours before your event. An additional fee may accrue for last minute bookings. Book early to avoid cancellation or additional fees.
